Terms of Use

By using INKCraft, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. INKCraft is provided as a client-side writing tool: it does not create an account, subscription or contractual relationship beyond your use of the app in your browser.

You are responsible for the content you create, store or export with INKCraft. Since your documents live in your own browser's local storage, you are also responsible for backing up anything you don't want to lose (for example, by using the Save or Copy features regularly).

Disclaimer

INKCraft is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Kolawole Digital does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data will never be lost — please keep your own backups of anything important.

The optional AI Assistant feature sends the text you choose to send to a third-party AI provider (see Privacy for details). Output from the AI Assistant is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes; review it before relying on it.

Licensing Information

Unless a separate license file is included with your copy of INKCraft, no license to redistribute, sublicense or resell the application is granted. Contact Kolawole Digital (see Contact) for licensing enquiries.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use INKCraft to create, store or distribute unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or abuse the application or its AI integration in a way that violates the AI provider's own usage policies.
• Do not misrepresent INKCraft as your own product without appropriate rights or permission.
